We’re hoping for a honeymoon period with the new house. So far it’s been all gut-busting work, and being sick on top of it is just flat exhausting. The idea of getting to relax in the house sounds soooo good.

Supposed to get down to the thirties at night this week. Ridiculous. Fall needs to last longer than three weeks!

Whew! Glad I made it onto the “people you are certain you miss” list. I’d hate to be left out there, feeling all ambiguous.

Alright. And I just had to laugh. I know I hear it all the time, but perhaps because I’ve already heard the word “throne” used in its other prominent context this morning that reading, “God is good and on the throne,” just made me laugh. There. Hope you were less sad for a second.
